Signature

Date
This is the date that you have signed and completed the F2 application form. If the application is more than 1 year old on the date of any subsequent PAG meeting that the application is forwarded to then the application will not obtain WRAS approval.

If this product has never been submitted for WRAS apporval before please tick this box.

Previous Approval Number
If your application is a 5 year audit please provide your previous approval number.

Production
WRAS Approval can only be issues for a full production sample.

Pre-Production
WRAS approval cannot be granted for a product which is still in pre-production, however WRc-NSF can conduct testing of a pre-production sample to verify its compliance. A full production sample will require further testing before the WRAS Approval can be obtained.

Prototype
WRAS approval cannot be granted for a product which is still a prototype, however WRc-NSF can conduct testing of a prototype sample in order to assist with the product development. A full production sample will require full testing before the WRAS Approval can be obtained.

Name and Address of Manufacturer
Please provide the full details of where the final product for which WRAS approval is sought is assembled / manufactured. If the final product is manufactured at more than one(1) location then please provide the details of all of the manufacturing locations. Producing products at multiple locations could affect the sampling requirements for WRAS approval if the different production facilities source their materials from different locations.

Fitting Name
Details of ALL model numbers, models name & product codes which can be used to identify the product(s) which is(are) being submitted for WRAS approval must be provided in this section. These details will be publish on the WRAS directory to help identify your product(s) so ensure these details are full and correct.

Type of Fitting
WRAS approved products are listed on the water fittings and materials directory online. Please provide a generic description of the product for which WRAS approval is sought.

Identification Markings
In this section details are required of the identification markings used on the product(s) detailed in sections 6 & 7 of the F2 application. The Marking Sheet provides details of how products could be marked.

Mechanical Characteristics
These details are very important on a WRAS approval application as without these details testing cannot be carried out. Typically products that are in contact with cold water only will have a maximum temperature of 23 Degrees C. If a product is exposed to hot & cold water then they typical maximum temperature would be between 60 & 85 Degrees C. It is important to check the temperatures on the approvals of the materials you are using as it could be limited by the maximum temperature of the non-metallic materials contained within the product. Awaiting Mechanical Test List
By selecting yes you give us permission to place your application on the awaiting mechanical test list while WRc-NSF resolve any material issues or conduct BS 6920 testing. If you select no, all material issues will have to be resolved to the satisfaction of the scheme?s requirements before the application can be placed on the awaiting mechanical test list.

Collection of Samples
Once testing is completed and the products have been presented to the PAG for WRAS approval the products need to be disposed of or collection arranged by the applicant.
