Seminar for the Water Industry and its Suppliers on the 25th January 2006 at Wessex Water, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7WW.

This seminar, which is being organised by WRc with the co-operation of the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) and Wessex Water, will cover the UK approval process. It will also provide an update on the development of a  European Acceptance Scheme (EAS) for construction products for use with drinking water.

Important negotiations continue to take place at European level concerning the development of the EAS. The seminar will provide a timely opportunity to inform delegates of these latest developments. For this reason, the attached programme is preliminary and may be amended in the light of the latest developments.

The seminar will be of interest to anyone involved in the supply or use of drinking water construction products and drinking water treatment chemicals.
