Seasons Greeting from WRc-NSF

 

The Monument, Ferry Lane, Medmenham. The monument was erected by the 1st Viscount Devonport in 1899 to commemorate his success in proving in court that the Medmenham Ferry was a public amenity. The ferry was used by Charles II in 1678. It is located just outside WRc-NSF's Medmenham site.
