| The EPDWA Installers Training Course
The course started after a conversation between Hans Krohn of the EPDWA and Guy Franklin of WRc-NSF. Both wanted to ensure that water coolers installed by EPDWA Members were fitted in accordance with UK Regulations and Good Practice. After a few further meetings WRc-NSF was able to develop a one day training package for installers employed by EPDWA Members that covers the essential information needed to insure a clean, safe and competent water cooler installation.
The next step is to have the course approved by the Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme as a Sector Approval, something which should be completed in January. 14th December 2007
